Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the comfortzone.one website or booking treatments with Comfort Zone Beauty & Wellness Pty Ltd, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

About Our Services

Comfort Zone provides beauty and wellness treatments at our salon located at 7/18 Oceanview Crescent, Byron Bay, NSW 2481. All treatments are performed by qualified therapists. While we strive for the best possible outcomes, individual results may vary and are not guaranteed.

Bookings and Appointments

Appointments can be made by phone, email or through our online contact form. A booking constitutes an agreement between you and Comfort Zone. We recommend arriving at least ten minutes before your scheduled time to complete any necessary paperwork.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or failure to attend a booked appointment, may result in a charge of 50% of the treatment value. Repeated no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.

Pricing

All prices listed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price applicable to your treatment is the price displayed at the time of booking.

Health and Safety

For your safety, we ask that you disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications or skin sensitivities before treatment. Our therapists may decline to perform a treatment if they believe it could pose a risk to your health. Pregnant clients should advise us at the time of booking so we can recommend suitable treatments.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase. They are redeemable against any treatment or product and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photographs, logos and design — is the property of Comfort Zone Beauty & Wellness Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian copyright law. Reproduction or distribution without our written consent is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Comfort Zone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific treatment giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
