Our Story
Comfort Zone was founded in 2010 with a simple vision: to create a space where beauty treatments go beyond the surface. Nestled in a quiet pocket of Byron Bay, our salon has grown from a single treatment room into a full-service wellness destination — yet we have never lost the intimate, personal touch that our clients love.
Our founder, Elena Hargrove, trained across Europe and Asia before settling in Australia's Northern Rivers region. She assembled a team of therapists who share her belief that genuine care and advanced technique go hand in hand.
Today, Comfort Zone employs five fully qualified beauty and dermal therapists, each with their own area of specialisation. Together, we hold certifications in LED therapy, mesotherapy, clinical skincare and remedial massage.
