Our Commitment

At Comfort Zone Beauty & Wellness, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We stand behind the quality of every treatment we deliver and every product we sell. If you are not completely happy with your experience, we want to make it right.

Treatment Satisfaction

Because beauty treatments are personalised services, they cannot be returned in the traditional sense. However, if you are dissatisfied with a treatment, we encourage you to speak with your therapist or our salon manager immediately or within 48 hours of your appointment. We will work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include:

  • A complimentary follow-up session to address your concerns.
  • A credit towards an alternative treatment of equal or lesser value.
  • A partial or full refund at our discretion, depending on the circumstances.

Product Returns

Skincare and beauty products purchased from our salon may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are:

  • Unopened and in their original, sealed packaging.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the product is faulty or significantly different from its description.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or not as described, please contact us within seven days. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including any shipping costs, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If a gift voucher recipient wishes to exchange their voucher for a different treatment of equal value, we are happy to accommodate this request.

Refunds are typically processed within five to ten business days and will be returned to the original payment method.
